The first application packs for fast track and overseas gender recognition processes are now available from the Gender Recognition Panel (GRP).

Fast track applications are for people who have transitioned at least six years ago. For the first six months (i.e. until July 2005), the GRP will deal exclusively with these applications.

The government has produced a new guidance document for employers
